Return policy
At Mayclin Farms Shop, we understand that acquiring heavy equipment is a significant investment. Our return policy is designed to provide peace of mind while maintaining the integrity of our inventory.
48-Hour Inspection Period
Upon delivery of your equipment, you have a 48-hour inspection period to ensure the machine matches the condition report provided at the time of sale. We encourage a professional third-party inspection during this window.
- The equipment must not have exceeded 10 additional operating hours.
- The machine must remain in the same condition as delivered.
- All documentation, attachments, and accessories must be present.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if a material mechanical or cosmetic discrepancy exists that was not disclosed in the original condition report or private inspection.
Please note that "Buyer's Remorse" does not qualify for a return under our standard terms, given the unique nature and market volatility of used equipment.
The Refund Process
Once a return is authorized, the following steps will be taken:
Re-Inspection
The equipment must be returned to our facility for a thorough re-inspection to verify its condition.
Escrow Release
Upon successful re-inspection, funds held in escrow will be released back to the buyer, minus transport costs.
Shipping & Transport Costs
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the equipment. All returns must be handled by an approved enclosed or flatbed transport carrier to ensure the machine's safety.
